Helen Weisinger is Co-Founder of Creative Engineers, a hands-on consultancy that designs and builds the content operating models of the future - helping brands fundamentally rethink how marketing gets made. Built out of her earlier venture Production Works, the business embeds directly inside marketing and studio teams to build the AI-native workflows, roles and tooling that let brands produce more effective work, at speed and scale. Clients include Allwyn, operator of The National Lottery.

Helen brings over two decades of senior leadership across agencies, media and production, including Chief Marketing Officer EMEA at Tag. She has been Chair of the Advertising Week Europe Advisory Council since 2024 and is a longstanding member of WACL.
