Charlotte coaches people to feel more confident at work, whether they are stepping into their next leadership role, leading a team or running their own business. She specialises in helping clients overcome self-doubt, build their reputation and lead authentically.

Before coaching, Charlotte spent over a decade as a Strategy Director, leading teams and strategies for brands including IKEA, Vodafone, Sainsbury's and PwC. Early in her leadership journey, she experienced burnout from trying to please everyone and taking on too much. Rebuilding her confidence taught her what actually works, not just what sounds good in theory.

Charlotte founded Your Future Space in 2021, combining her first-hand experience with evidence-based coaching techniques to give leaders the support and skills they need to excel in their role.

Her workshops are known for being honest, vulnerable and practical. Expect to feel seen, supported and more confident by the end of the session.
