At Diageo, Chantelle focuses on launching new innovation platforms that meet emerging consumer needs and accelerate future growth. She brings clarity to complex cross-functional programmes, ensuring new concepts are insight-led, scalable, and grounded in commercial opportunity.

Chantelle also leads the GB workstream for Progressive Marketing, championing inclusive and equitable creative practices. For over four years, she has collaborated with Creative Equals to support underrepresented talent and shape a more equitable industry.

Her career at Diageo includes brand roles for Smirnoff, Johnnie Walker, and Captain Morgan. Prior to this, she worked in innovation at Unilever, that experience continues to shape her strategic, future-focused approach today.
