As well as leading the global digital strategy for Baileys, Sarah is co-lead of Diageo’s Global Progressive Marketing agenda, and spearheads the accessibility workstream. She represents Diageo on both the Ad Accessibility Network Steering Group and Digital working group.

As well as championing accessibility on Baileys, Sarah has led a global roll out of accessibility training across Diageo with 1000 marketers and agency partners trained in 2025.

Sarah joined Diageo 8 years ago as Head of Marketing for the Guinness Storehouse, and transformed it from visitor attraction to e-commerce powerhouse and the largest D2C platform in Diageo.

Prior to Diageo, she worked in global, regional and market roles in Johnson & Johnson, Kerry and Philips.
