Claire Sadler is the Chief Marketing & Fundraising Officer at the British Heart Foundation, responsible for leading all marketing, fundraising, innovation, product development, digital and customer experience.

An award‑winning senior executive and diversity advocate, she has held leadership roles at BT, as Group Brand Director, and at Direct Line, leading marketing for the small business market.

Claire is also President of Women in Advertising and Communication Leadership (WACL) 2025/26, accelerating gender equality across the advertising and communications industry.
