Andrea became the CEO of Ledger Bennett in 2022 and the agency has gone from strength-to-strength ever since. Her first initial focus as CEO was on people: making strategic hires to diversify skills and develop a coaching culture where autonomy, knowledge sharing, and collaboration was the norm.

Recently nominated for The Drum’s CEO of the year award, Andrea then led the evolution of the agency’s best-in-class offering that places the customer at the heart of go-to-market and media strategy.

Under Andrea’s leadership, Ledger Bennett joined the Havas Media Network in 2024 and will spearhead the growth of B2B across the organization.
