Caitlin Ryan is Co-Founder of BeagleAI, an AI-powered marketing intelligence platform for hotels, restaurants, and direct-to-consumer brands. She spent six years as VP of Meta's Creative Shop in EMEA, leading creative strategy for brands and agencies across the region.

Previously, she served as Creative Partner at Dentsu Creative focusing on generative AI, and as Chief Creative Officer at Cheil Worldwide. Earlier in her career, she was Executive Creative Director at Proximity London (BBDO), where her teambuilt one of the UK's first ecommerce platforms.

Ryan has been a Keynote Speaker, Panelist, and Judge at Cannes, D&AD, and Adweek, and is a member of WACL. She is also co-owner of Lantana Group restaurants and serves as Non-Executive Director of Harbour marketing agencies.
